The dvd version is apparently okay? But the downloaded version is clumsy, awkward, very difficult to use. The very worst part about this is I didn't read that the downloaded version has no refund as an option!

I'm super annoyed and hope this review stops other people from giving this company any more money! Software downloaded fine to my computer. I spent hours designing a remodel for our kitchen. Downloaded it onto a different computer with the same outcome. Looked for help online and the company charges for help.
Seems they just want to sell their product and not support it. I highly recommend you don't support it. Wanted to rate this a 1 but the program makes a nice kitchen, just doesn't print it out correctly.

But it will not print period, cant make a pdf cant print to paper nothing. I have to export to autocad and then print. I had hoped it would offer the same usability as the software I bought many years ago but which won't run on Windows There's good reason why the maker of Virtual Architect does not offer either trials or returns.
Most users would either return the product or never buy it after trial. The online training videos did not load, and if you want technical support, you have to pay for it. The email confirmation confirming my order was received never provided a product code. This software program is not user friendly.
